Our application process

In our application process we first review all incoming applications. This step takes a bit of time, so we ask for a little patience. If you make it to the next round, there are usually two interviews. The first one is in most cases in Hamburg, where you will get to know colleagues from the field.

Since our head office is in the Netherlands, it is very likely that you will also speak with colleagues from the Netherlands in the second interview. The interviews will be held in English.
